Ram Segura Khagram is a feature film producer and CEO of Terra Productions. After studying business and filmmaking at NYU Tisch, Khagram began his producing career by guiding a slate of internationally recognized films through development, financing, and production. His work has premiered at prestigious festivals around the world, reflecting a deep commitment to auteur-driven cinema and transnational collaboration. As CEO, he leads Terra’s creative direction and partnerships, supporting visionary filmmakers and fostering stories that resonate across cultures and borders.

A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts and Prague Film School, Malcolm honed his craft under industry leaders such as acclaimed Hollywood writer/director Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend), war photojournalists Gary Knight and Ron Havivm and New York studio photographer Jill Greenberg.

A Stanford graduate and Yale Law alumnus, Ken is an entertainment attorney and industry strategist with over 20 years of experience in feature film and television. Over the course of his career, Ken has held multiple senior leadership roles, including General Counsel at MRC and EVP of Business & Legal Affairs at MarVista Entertainment, where he led legal teams and worked closely with senior leadership on strategy and deal making for the development, production, distribution and financing of tv/film content.

Seasoned producer with a strong background in production, development, and festival operations across film, television, and live events. She has supported executive teams and talent at companies like Passenger, 26 Keys, and Endeavor, and has overseen logistics for major events including the Sundance Film Festival and the Hollywood Climate Summit. Caitlin excels in managing schedules, streamlining communication, and keeping fast-paced creative teams on track.

Anna Nicdao is the CEO of Plus Ultra Management with over 10 years of experience in business management and tax, including roles at top-ranked firms recognized by Variety and The Hollywood Reporter. She specializes in managing the personal and professional finances of high-profile entertainment clients, including producers, directors, actors, musicians, and creative agencies. She holds a Master’s in Accountancy and a BA in Business Administration from Cal State San Bernardino.
